Sale of Knollwood Country Club finalized

GRANGER, Ind. (WSBT) — Knollwood Country Club in Granger will soon have a new owner.

The Club was put up for sale in September 2024.

A notice was sent to club members Friday afternoon announcing the upcoming change in leadership - from Knollwood Country Club, LLC to Northern Ohio Capital and Development, LLC.

Dear Knollwood Country Club Members,

For nearly 42 years, we've been proud to serve the membership of Knollwood Country Club. We have cherished the opportunity to provide exceptional golf and create an environment for you to spend quality time with friends and family.

After much consideration, we have concluded that a sale of the Club will best ensure a strong future for Knollwood Country Club. We have entered into an agreement to sell the Club to Ohio Sports Entertainment. The sale was finalized today, January 31, 2025.

There will be a three-month transition period between owners, through April 2025.

Gift card and credit balances will transfer as the change takes place.

The country club has been in Granger since 1975.
